GOT TDAP?

All Gibson 6th grade students need to bring verification of Tdap booster to the school nurse by the end of the school year.  This is a new requirement by law in order to attend school next year.

There is a FREE Tdap walk-in clinic (for those with NO insurance or Medi-Cal) at Petersen Clinic each Tuesday from 9-11 AM.

Attention Parents:

Do you know of older students that need community service hours?  Are you a green thumb?  Are you interested in our new garden program at Gibson school?  Then come out to help on April 28th from 9 am til ? to help rejuvenate our garden and add irrigation.

We have received a grant for materials from Home depot and will have Team Depot volunteers from the Woodland and surrounding area stores to help spruce up our garden.

After, we will have a potluck BBQ with hotdogs provided by Gibson P.T.A and drinks by Gibson School.  If you wish, bring a side dish to share.  Please do not feel obligated to bring food; there will be plenty for everyone.

Please bring rakes, shovels, dirt rakes, cordless drills, gardening tools and elbow grease to use if you have them.  We will a have limited amount of tools available.

Don’t forget to bring yourself (and friends too), tools and elbow grease on April 28th from 9 am until we finish!
